AI Engineer [Associate]

We are seeking a talented AI Engineer Associate to join our engineering team and help build innovative AI-powered solutions, with a primary focus on developing a Real Estate AI-based CRM and other HuSig products. This role is perfect for someone who has strong coding fundamentals, understands data structures and algorithms, and is excited about working with modern AI technologies and full-stack development.

You’ll be contributing to production systems that serve real customers, and gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI technologies including large language models, voice AI, and intelligent automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

AI Application Development (50%)

  • Build and deploy AI-powered features for Real Estate CRM system
  • Integrate LLM capabilities (OpenAI, Claude, custom models) into production applications
  • Develop conversational AI interfaces and chatbot experiences
  • Implement voice AI features using ElevenLabs and similar platforms
  • Create intelligent document processing and analysis pipelines
  • Design and implement recommendation systems and predictive features
  • Work with vector databases and embedding systems for semantic search

Full-Stack Development (30%)

  • Build responsive web applications using Next.js 14 (App Router)
  • Develop and maintain Supabase backends (PostgreSQL, Auth, Realtime)
  • Create RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party services
  • Implement real-time features and websocket communications
  • Design and optimize database schemas and queries
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices

Data & Infrastructure (20%)

  • Design efficient data pipelines for AI/ML workflows
  • Optimize application performance and database queries
  • Implement caching strategies and data synchronization
  • Monitor and debug production systems
  • Work with cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
  • Ensure data security and privacy compliance
  • Contribute to system architecture decisions

Preferred Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 0-1 year of professional software development experience
  • Strong academic or personal project portfolio demonstrating coding ability
  • Experience building and deploying web applications

Core Technical Skills

  • Programming Fundamentals: Strong grasp of programming concepts, clean code principles
  • Data Structures & Algorithms: Solid understanding of DSA, able to solve medium-level problems
  • Data Science Principles: Understanding of ML concepts, statistics, and data analysis
  • Problem Solving: Ability to break down complex problems and design solutions

Preferred Technologies

  • Next.js: Experience with React and Next.js (App Router preferred)
  • Supabase: Familiarity with Supabase or similar BaaS platforms
  • JavaScript/TypeScript: Proficient in modern JavaScript and TypeScript
  • SQL/Databases: Understanding of relational databases and SQL queries
  • Git/Version Control: Comfortable with Git workflows and collaboration

AI/ML Familiarity

  • Basic understanding of machine learning concepts and workflows
  • Exposure to LLMs (OpenAI API, Claude, or similar)
  • Familiarity with AI APIs and integration patterns
  • Interest in voice AI technologies (ElevenLabs, speech-to-text)
  • Understanding of embeddings and vector databases

Soft Skills
