Data Analysis & Customer Operations [Entry level/Internship]

We’re looking for a motivated entry-level professional to join our fleet management operations team and grow your skills in data analysis and customer operations.

As a Data Analysis & Customer Operations Associate at Drivra Mobility (official partner of Yango), you’ll work directly with fleet management systems, analyze driver performance data, and communicate with customers to ensure optimal fleet operations. This role offers comprehensive training and mentorship from both Drivra Mobility and HuSig teams, making it perfect for someone starting their career in data analysis or customer operations.

Key Responsibilities

Fleet Data Analysis & Reporting (50%)

  • Work extensively with Excel to analyze driver performance, fleet utilization, and operational metrics
  • Use Yango Fleetroom management system to track driver activities, earnings, and compliance
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on fleet performance and key operational indicators
  • Identify trends and patterns in driver behavior, customer demand, and fleet efficiency
  • Create dashboards and visualizations to present data insights to management
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including driver ratings, trip completion rates, and revenue metrics
  • Assist in data cleanup and validation to ensure accuracy of fleet management records

Customer & Driver Communication (30%)

  • Conduct phone calls with drivers to gather feedback, resolve issues, and provide support
  • Communicate with customers regarding service quality, complaints, and feedback collection
  • Follow up on operational issues and ensure timely resolution of driver and customer concerns
  • Document all interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
  • Support onboarding processes for new drivers through phone-based guidance
  • Coordinate between drivers and management for scheduling, training, and performance discussions

Operational Support & Learning (20%)

  • Participate in comprehensive training programs on fleet management best practices
  • Receive mentorship from HuSig team members on data analysis techniques and career development
  • Support various operational tasks including driver verification, document processing, and compliance tracking
  • Assist in implementing process improvements based on data insights
  • Learn and adapt to new tools and systems as the fleet management platform evolves
  • Contribute to team meetings with insights and observations from daily operations

Required Qualifications

Education & Basic Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (business, economics, computer science, mathematics, or related fields preferred)
  • Fresh graduates or up to 1 year of relevant experience welcome
  • Strong interest in either data analysis OR customer communication (expertise in both not required)
  • Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software systems

Technical & Communication Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, data manipulation, basic analysis)
  • Comfortable learning new software platforms and management systems
  • Good phone communication skills for customer and driver interactions
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record keeping
  • Basic English proficiency for system navigation and documentation

Personal Qualities

  • Strong analytical mindset OR excellent interpersonal communication skills (or both)
  • Patience and persistence for problem-solving and customer service
  • Ability to work independently while following established procedures
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in either technical analysis or operations roles
  • Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
