Flutter Developer [Mid/Senior]

We’re looking for a skilled Flutter developer to join our growing engineering team and help build next-generation mobile applications with AI-powered features.

As a Flutter Developer at HuSig, you’ll work on diverse mobile projects including event management platforms, lead generation systems, and AI-integrated applications. This role offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies while mentoring junior developers and contributing to our technical architecture decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Mobile Application Development (60%)

  • Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter framework
  • Implement AI-powered features including intelligent recommendations and automated content generation
  • Integrate with REST APIs and real-time data systems
  • Build responsive UIs that work seamlessly across iOS and Android devices
  • Optimize app performance, memory usage, and battery consumption
  • Implement secure authentication and payment processing workflows
  • Work with geolocation services, push notifications, and device-specific features

Code Quality & Architecture (25%)

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices
  • Implement proper state management patterns (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod)
  • Ensure comprehensive testing coverage including unit, widget, and integration tests
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical design discussions
  • Maintain consistent UI/UX patterns across applications
  • Optimize build processes and deployment pipelines

Team Collaboration & Mentoring (15%)

  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
  • Collaborate closely with backend engineers, designers, and product managers
  • Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical architecture meetings
  • Share knowledge through internal tech talks and documentation
  • Contribute to mobile development best practices and standards

Required Qualifications

Experience & Skills

  • 2+ years of professional Flutter development experience
  • Strong understanding of Dart programming language and Flutter ecosystem
  • Experience with state management solutions (Provider, Bloc, GetX, or Riverpod)
  • Proficiency in integrating RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous operations
  • Knowledge of mobile app deployment processes for both iOS and Android
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows

Technical Proficiencies

  • Flutter framework and Dart language expertise
  • Material Design and Cupertino design principles
  • Firebase integration (authentication, analytics, cloud messaging)
  • Local data storage solutions (SQLite, Hive, SharedPreferences)
  • Third-party package integration and dependency management
  • Basic understanding of native iOS/Android development concepts
  • Experience with testing frameworks and debugging tools

Soft Skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
