Graphic Designer [Mid/Senior]

We’re seeking a creative and versatile [Mid/Senior] Graphic Designer to lead our visual design efforts across multiple platforms and marketing initiatives.

As a Graphic Designer at HuSig, you’ll create engaging visual content for our AI-powered platforms, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives. You’ll work on diverse projects from event marketing materials to user interface designs, while collaborating with international partners and mentoring design team members.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Design & Brand Development (50%)

  • Create compelling visual designs for event marketing materials, promotional content, and brand assets
  • Develop consistent visual identity across multiple platforms and product lines
  • Design user interface elements and marketing collaterals for AI-powered applications
  • Create social media graphics, email templates, and digital advertising materials
  • Design print materials including brochures, banners, and event signage
  • Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual communications
  • Collaborate on website design and landing page optimization

Creative Strategy & Campaign Development (30%)

  • Lead creative strategy for marketing campaigns and product launches
  • Develop visual concepts that align with business objectives and target audience needs
  • Create compelling presentations and pitch decks for client meetings and partnerships
  • Design infographics and data visualizations for complex AI and analytics concepts
  • Conceptualize and execute creative campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness
  • Work closely with marketing team to translate business goals into visual solutions

Team Leadership & Collaboration (20%)

  • Mentor junior designers and provide creative guidance and feedback
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams on project requirements
  • Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and clients
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Contribute to design system development and maintain design asset libraries
  • Stay updated with design trends and best practices in AI, tech, and event industries

Required Qualifications

Experience & Portfolio

  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
  • Proven experience in brand development and visual identity design
  • Demonstrated ability to create designs for both digital and print media
  • Experience working with tech companies or AI/data-focused organizations preferred
  • Portfolio showcasing variety in design styles and project types

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with Canva, Figma, and collaborative design platforms
  • Knowledge of web design principles and responsive design concepts
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles (bonus compensation consideration)
  • Familiarity with design collaboration tools (Miro, Excalidraw, FigJam)
  • Understanding of print production processes and digital asset optimization

Creative & Soft Skills

  • Strong visual storytelling abilities and creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
  • Ability to adapt design style to match different brand voices and target audiences
  • Strong communication skills for presenting ideas and receiving feedback
  • Detail-oriented approach with ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Leadership qualities with experience mentoring team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • UI/UX design experience with modern design systems (additional compensation)
  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing software
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design implementation
  • Understanding of conversion optimization and performance marketing design
  • Experience designing for AI/ML applications or technical products
  • Photography and photo editing skills
  • Experience with design thinking methodologies
